The Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

**Making a Warranty Claim**

**Resolution**

If a product covered by this Warranty is determined to be defective, Zen Flame will repair or replace the product, free of charge, including shipping costs. The repaired or replaced product will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty period or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
